How much does house cleaning cost?

It depends on the size of the home, its condition, and how often you'd like us there. Every quote is a flat price for the plan you choose, not an hourly estimate, so you know the cost before we start. New clients get 15% off a one-time cleaning or 10% off their first recurring plan.

What's the difference between regular and deep cleaning?

Regular cleaning maintains a home: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and floors on a set schedule. Deep cleaning resets it, reaching baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, inside the microwave, grout, fans, and vents. We usually recommend a deep clean first, then a recurring plan to keep the standard.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many clients give us a lockbox or garage code and we lock up when we leave. Others prefer to be home for the first visit and hand off access after that. Either way works, and it's set up once.

Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?

Yes. We clean offices, small businesses, clinics, studios, and retail spaces, usually after hours. Our weekday hours run until 9 PM, which covers most closing times, and we can schedule early mornings as well.

Can I customize what's included?

Absolutely. Every plan starts with a checklist built around your space. Add rooms, drop rooms, rotate in extras like interior windows or inside appliances, or combine services at different frequencies into one custom package.

What if I'm not happy with a visit?

Tell us. If something on the checklist was missed, we come back and take care of it. Feedback after the first visit is the best way to fine-tune the checklist for the ones that follow.
